Baltimore Sun Newspaper - Subscription renewal
When I received an email from the Sun indicating Invalid payment, subscription lapse, I looked at the email, clicked a button and didn’t recognize the subscription. I ignored the email.
After a subsequent email, with the same notice, I called the Sun. I was informed that I owed about $8. I had subscribed to the Sun App. Rarely used it.
I wrote three notes saying the email was unclear and for Josh sake, it’s $8. I was told that it would be reviewed by upper management.
Today, I received a bill...no explanation, just a bill for $8. I’ll pay it; but just wanted to air the complaint publicly
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
